(LOL, me: -looks around- ...hello?)
Aurum gained a slight look of hate when his sister arrived, and simply took a step back when she charged at Trigger. When she stopped his ears perked up. Had he been less shaky he would have attacked the dark guardian, as he thought Aureus was going to do, but when she didn't he got confused. Then mad. Why didn't she just get it over with and take all the credit, as he normally thought she would have?
Still feeling shaky, but feeling a bit better, he started to walk away from the lake edge and towards his sister. He stopped and turned, then asked, "Alright, then, dark guardian. Where were you heading before you ran into us?" He honestly didn't care if he lied or not, but Aurum felt like it was necessary in this situation.

Trigger's ears perked.
"Um...I-I uh...." He swallowed. "I-I was g-going n-north, t-to one of the b-beaches near th-the sky guardian t-t-territory..." He mumbled.

"SPEAK UP!" She hissed. Normally she wasn't like this, but maybe it was because she was in gaurdian mode, patrol mode, warrior mode, whatever you wanted to call it, she had a fire in her belly and she wasn't afraid.

rigger's ears flattened aganst his ehad and his eyes screwed shut. Admitting that he was going to see his friends could make the alliance of the night seem weak, yes, but he seemed to be out of options.
"I-I was just g-going to meet a f-f-f-f...." He swallowed, sounding close to tears. "...A f-f-frie-end...I-I w-w-wasn't d-d-doing a-anything...." He paused. "...P-please l-leave me alone..." He mumbled.

Aurum kept a glare fixed on Trigger. Finally regaining his composure, he took a few steps forward without so much as glancing to his sister, then said, "A friend? And how do we know you're not lying? Hell, you could be faking this entire thing! What if this friend turned out to be an enemy of ours, or worse, a traitor? You think we'll just let you get away with that? No. I don't think so."

((rofl. Okay now I REALLY Want to draw Aurum with a deep face. xD))
Trigger's eyes widened, and he let out a squeak.
"N-n-n-n-n-n-no! No!! I-I...m-m-m-m-my friends..." He seemed to have talked himself into a hole. He could either admit that his friends were rogues, or he could lie and tell the light guardians what they wanted to hear, which was that he was launching an attack and face death. He let out a low whimper, flattening himself to the ground in fear, staring at them with wide eyes. He choked a little as he tried to speak, trying really, really hard not to cry. He tried to force out words, but only managed his default noise that he would make when he was stressed-out. "...nn..."
