Riptide looked thoughtful. He glanced to each chosen until finally stopping at his own chosen ones. His kind were widely known to be peacekeepers, but the prideful of the flame guardians wouldn't be willing to listen and obey the orders of his kind due to old grudges. Not only that, but he knew for a fact that his two chosen were extremely protective of eachother, and the one that didn't still have a grudge was a bit of a push-over. Having crossed his own off the list of possible candidates, as well as any previous war guardians, he realized the only guardians who had never once been in a war were sky guardians. He looked to Adele's one chosen with ears perked hopefully before asking, "Adele, would your chosen one be willing to take on the roll of peacekeeper?"
Ignis could easily see Riptide's reasoning as he spoke to the leader of sky guardians, and hoped that she had picked a worthy guardian as they waited for a reply.
Solare, however, had to think for a moment to understand why Riptide seemed so enthusiastic about having a sky guardian as the peacekeeper.
Meanwhile Rose was curiously watching, and having a hard time hearing what the leaders were talking about. "I can't hear anything. Can we at least get a little bit closer?" she asked her brother quietly, but looked up to him in confusion when he didn't answer her question. "Glacier?"
He wasn't listening, though. His face showed a look of surprise as he stared at one of the chosen guardians. "That.. can't be," he said in shock, mostly to himself. Rose was about to ask him what he was talking about when he suddenly shot out of the tree branches. "Glacier, what are you doing?!" she shouted with surprise and fear for her brother. He was too far gone, though. He glided to the ground and shot towards the guardians with surprising speed, only to skid to a stop and shout, "Myst! Where were you?! No, nevermind that. You can't do this, it's too dangerous!"
Myst, however, wasn't given the chance to reply.
(Okie dokie! So now there's something for everyone to reply to! ...plus Glacier is finally getting involved. Yay! xD Also- I did this from my phone, so sorry if I got Adele's name wrong or forgot how many chosen were in each group. @v@)

((have I ever mentioned I really hate posting on my phone? ...whatever. I'll do it now but it's gonna be short >_>))
Adele's ears perked at her name. She quickly followed Riptide's train of thought and nodded. "Oh! That could work!" She looked at Myst and began to ask "What do you....?" She trailed off as Glacier burst into the clearing, finishing with "...Uhh..."
Trigger, meanwhile, had been barely paying attention, consumed with thoughts of how painful dying might be, so let out a loud yelp in surprise at the sky guardian's sudden entrance. He recovered quickly, noticing the look he was getting from the pink water guardian sitting next to Solare's daughter, but when he looked up, he couldn't elp a second exclamation. "G-Glacier?!" His eyes widened. He glanced back at the spot where Glacier had come from, before turning back and notching he was being watched from the light guardian corner again and bowed his head uncertainly, only to snap back up as another thought crossed his mind. He mumbled "oh no..." as he contemplated what might happen should Crescent recognize him from the night Trigger had acted in defiance of his "father" by protecting Glacier, Rose and Blaze from a patrol of dark guardians.

(OKIE, ON WITH THE PLOT!! I HAVE INSPIRATION, AND IT'S GOING TO RELIGHT THIS WEBSITE! >:DD)
Solare looked to the sky guardian with surprise at first, but it quickly turned to a straight face as his eyes showed his annoyance with the interruption. "Who are you? State your name!" he ordered.
Glacier looked to the light guardian leader with confusion, but then responded, looking almost equally annoyed. "Glacier. My name is Glacier," he spoke.
Solare flicked his tail, angered by the look. "You are interfering in an important meeting, Glacier. What business have you here?" He asked, his voice taking on the anger he felt.
"Pardon my intrusion, but my business is none of your concern," was Glacier's tart response. He knew the guardian was a leader, but he felt no need to show respect if the guardian couldn't even show a little respect to him.
Riptide, seeing where the argument was going, quickly stepped forward. "Now now, let's not let our tempers get the best of us. This was suppose to be a meeting of peace!" he said in a friendly, concerned way, looking to Solare. He then turned to Glacier before asking, "Glacier, was it? Would you care to tell us what faction you belong to?"
Glacier hesitated, allowing his voice and expression to soften as he answered the water guardian leader. "I used to belong to the Order of Storms, but I don't have a faction anymore," he answered.
Riptide seemed confused. "Would you mind if I asked how that came to be?" he asked, calmly and with patience.
"My father went missing and my mother died before I could learn how to fly. I fell from the plateau and I've lived on my own since," he said, keeping his face expressionless, though his voice had a faint tone of sadness to it.
"O-oh, I'm.. sorry to hear that," Riptide said, looking startled. It wasn't just the story that surprised him, but the fact that he said it so easily, as if it didn't matter.
Solare gained a faint expression of surprise, as well, but it quickly turned to one of admiration. Upon closer inspection he realized that the sky guardian seemed rather young, but he held himself with pride and seemed to act as though he was much older than he appeared to be.
Riptide shook his head slightly to clear his thoughts before continuing to speak, "Well, nevermind that. You seem like you could hold your own, and you act like you would treat others fairly.."
Ignis's ears perked, realizing what the water guardian was thinking about. "Riptide, he's a rogue. He's probably never even been in a group, little alone held one together," he said with a tone of almost disbelief.
Riptide blinked at the leader of the fire guardians before replying, "No, but he shows the qualities of a good leader."
"I agree. He should be given the chance," Solare added.
Glacier glanced around in confusion. "What? Leader? No, I just--" he was cut off before he could say more.
"Adele, do you agree? He says he was once a part of the Order of Storms. If that's true, then you should be able to tell us if he is worthy," Ignis said, still uncertain of Glacier being the so-called 'peacekeeper.'
"Wait! We still don't even know if he'd be willing to go. He's not a part of a faction, therefore he should make his own decision on whether or not to go," Riptide said, trying to get the other leaders to quiet themselves. He then looked to the young sky guardian and asked, "Glacier, would you join in the expedition to the new continent?"
Glacier flicked his tail irritibly when he was cut off, but hesitated once given the chance to speak. He hadn't seen Myst since they were very young, and for all he knew she didn't even remember him. More likely than not, she would go to the new continent whether he said she could or not. It had been forever since he saw her, though, and he wasn't about to loose her again. "Yes," he answered after a long pause.
Rose watched from the bushes, unsure what they were saying. She heard Riptide ask Glacier if he wanted to go, but she didn't hear his response. Confused and worried, she shuffled her feet axiously. She would have to wait until she could safely approach him and ask him what had happened.
Riptide nodded. "Very good. Now, Adele, do you think him to be a worthy candidate?" he asked politely.
(Gonna stop there, lol. SO MUCH TYPING.)

((rofl xD))
Adele stared at Glacier for a long time without replying. “…I have not been leader of the Order of Storms for long,” She began. “…But I do remember you.” It was true, she did hold a vague memory of him, but he had been barely out of kit-hood when she had last seen him. Much could have changed. Still though, the way he carried himself, answered her fellow leaders confidently, if a bit brashly. Still though, he seemed trustworthy. As liable to betray the group as any of the others, but that was the risk of forcing warring factions together on a peaceful mission. She took a deep breath in and looked back to Riptide.
~
Trigger, meanwhile, was having his own crisis, praying silently that someone -anyone- would object to Glacier’s attendance.
Not that he didn’t like Glacier. On the contrary, he considered him to be one of his few friends! But that was just the problem. If he had a friend on the trip, the chances of him slipping away quietly were greatly diminished.
He nearly had a heart-attack at the sky guardian’s response.
“…I do.”
((…Poor, suicidal Trigger XD))

(Rofl xD Also- I'm just going to assume Kat wants us to skip her turn again. >_>)
Riptide gave a nod of acknowledgement, then looked around at the other leaders. "It seems that we are all in agreement, then. Very well." he said, then turned to the blue sky guardian. "Glacier, not only are you allowed to travel with the groups to the new land, but you will be a peace-keeper of sorts. As such, you are in charge of keeping the groups together as one." he said.
Glacier hesitated. He wasn't expecting to be a 'peace-keeper' when he volunteered, but then something came to mind. If he accepted the position he would have an easier time keeping an eye on his sister and protecting her from the dangers of the new land and those around her. That in mind, he raised his head in determination. "I understand," he answered.
Ignis let out a quiet sigh, thinking to himself, I hope you know what you're doing, Riptide.
Solare gave a nod of approval. "So are we going with your idea, then, Riptide? One bubble for the entire group and a peace-keeper to keep any fights from breaking out?" he asked.
Riptide nodded. "That's the plan," he said.
Solare paused, then replied with, "I see."
Ignis looked between the two leaders, then spoke up. "Then it's time," he asked, though it was more of a statement than anything.
Riptide nodded again, this time a bit more slowly, as if nervous to see his chosen go. "I guess so. Shall we all head to Cobalt Island to see them off?" he asked the leaders.
"Yes," Solare replied quickly.
Ignis was a bit more hesitant, but nodded.
Star hopped to her feet excitedly. "Oh, oh! We're going! We're really going now! This is so exciting!" she squealed quietly, mostly to herself, but also to Trigger.
Myst was too distracted with trying to understand why the newly announced peace-keeper seemed so familiar, and even knew her, to realize that the others were getting ready to head off.
