Clessidra suddenly wondered if she had said something bad. She shrank a tiny bit, but decided to nod anyway, figuring, at this point, it would be best just to tell the truth.

"U-u-um.. w-well, it's not a 'memory thing,' b-but..." she stuttered out before slowly trailing away. She was about to say 'even if I did that I don't think I could tell you without disrupting time,' but she lost the nerve, fearful that it might anger the guardian.

(What if he was a Anti-special guardian and just didn't know it? That'd make for an interesting plot twist! xD) Clessidra cocked her head at his reply. She couldn't help but smile just a little when Demon smiled, but catching herself, she flinched and shook her head to rid herself of it. She still couldn't trust him. She couldn't trust anyone; not with her power. The only ones she could and did trust were now long gone. And as much as she would have liked to believe that this guardian could keep her secret she feared the consequences. (..Well, that didn't give much to go on for a reply, but it's all I could think of... sorry. >_<  |

Clessidra shuffled, but tried to hide it by stretching as she said, "O-oh, no! Why would I be nervous? Y-you're not going to kill me! H-heheh.." She got to her paws, but clenched her teeth as she finished speaking, upset at herself for stuttering and generally acting even more nervous than before. She then paused before blinking and looking to Demon, mentally adding to her previous statement, ..right? but she refused to say it out loud. Instead, her eyes shifted between Demon and her paws as she said quietly, "S-sorry.."
(...I feel like this is getting no where.. WHERE IS RANDOM EXCITEMENT? Lol, jk. xD)
